FFL Transfers
Northern Plains Gunworks LLC offers FFL Transfer services for firearm purchases or private party transfers.
Transfers of handguns or receivers to Minnesota residents ony, at least 21 years of age. Transfers of rifles or shotguns to residents of any state, at least 18 years of age.

*** Please note that due to the requirements of Enhanced Background Checks, all buyers of rifles and shotguns under the age of 21 are subject to delay in receiving the firearm for up to 13 business days.
Please provide the following information by email (preferable) or by phone:

1) Your name, address, phone number and email address
2) Seller's name, address, phone number and email address
3) Firearm Brand, Model, Caliber and Serial Number - if available
When this information is received, we will email our FFL to the seller with a copy to you. When we receive the firearm, we will contact you to complete the transfer.
To complete the transfer, you will need a government-issued photo ID showing your current address, and one other form of ID. For the transfer of handguns, receivers or AR-15/AR-10 Type Rifles, you will need either:
1) A valid Minnesota Permit to Purchase Handgun; or
2) A current Minnesota CCW Permit
Up to three firearms can be transferred on one FIREAMS TRANSACTION RECORD, ATF Form 4473.
The transfer of more than one pistol or revolver in any five business-day period requires completion of REPORT OF MULTIPLE SALE, ATF Form 3310.4.

$30.00 for the first firearm ($25.00 for active duty or retired military or current first-responders)
