Firearms may be purchased by phone. Call with your credit card for payment. Transfers of long guns (rifles and shotguns) can be done in our store for residents of all states. Long guns can also be sent to to a FFL (Federal Firearms Licensed) Dealer in your area for anyone out of our area. Transfers of handguns must be done in the State of residence of the purchaser. We can transfer handguns in our store for all Minnesota residents. All out-of-state residents (or out of area MN residents) purchasing handguns will require the firearm to be sent to a FFL (Federal Firearms Licensed) Dealer in your area to accomplish the required background check and transfer. No firearms can be shipped directly to the purchaser unless you have a valid FFL.
