Firearms may be purchased by phone. Call with your credit card for payment. Transfers of long guns (rifles and shotguns) can be done in our store for residents of all states. Long guns can also be sent to to a FFL (Federal Firearms Licensed) Dealer in your area for anyone out of our area. Transfers of handguns must be done in the State of residence of the purchaser. We can transfer handguns in our store for all Minnesota residents. All out-of-state residents (or out of area MN residents) purchasing handguns will require the firearm to be sent to a FFL (Federal Firearms Licensed) Dealer in your area to accomplish the required background check and transfer. No firearms can be shipped directly to the purchaser unless you have a valid FFL.

NOTICE:
The Hearing Protection Act has been included in the "Big Beautiful Bill" - or H.R.1 which has passed out of the U. S. House of Representatives and sent on the U. S. Senate.
The Senate is anticipating action on this Bill prior to July 4th. While not ideal (although a step in the right direction), this will remove silencers or suppressors from the NFA List and make them "just" firearms, which will only require a Form 4473 completed the same as any firearm purchase. This will also eliminate the $200 Tax Stamp requirement and subsequent wait times, fingerprints and photos.
Passage of this Bill will undoubtedly assure a surge in silencer or suppressor sales and a subsequent shortage in the industry, which may also cause an initial increase in pricing industry wide.
Current backorder wait-times for silencers or suppressors range as much as 60 days or more, and these times are anticipated to increase.
Northern Plains Gunworks LLC currently has a "good" inventory of silencers or suppressors, and we can, at least currently, get most Brands. We are informed though that our re-orders will be 60+ days for fulfillment.
Again, this inventory availability will become more uncertain in a short period of time.

You can come in, make your purchase today, from today's inventory, and at today's prices, and we will hold your purchase until such time as the processing requirement is changed and all that is needed is to complete a Form 4473 NICS Background Check.
